As a professional Level 4 Fitness Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

The Fitness Cave studio is based at 86b High Street, Evesham. WR11 4EU.
Booking is advisable to unsure a space.
Teaching live in the studio or on Zoom.
If you cannot make the classes live on Zoom I can give you access to the recording of that class! This access is available for 7 days.
Personal Training is still available! And affordable price plans are available.

Walking is a type of cardiovascular physical activity, which increases your heart rate. This improves blood flow and can lower blood pressure. It helps to boost energy levels by releasing certain hormones like endorphins and delivering oxygen throughout the body. Aim to reach your step goal!
Strength & Tone

Are you ready to transform your body? Strength & Tone could well be your next favourite thing! Designed to improve strength, coordination and wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to make you giggle. Weights & Resistance Bands required and optional step like a kitchen step you use to reach cupboards.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Pilates is a popular low-impact exercise. It's effective for toning up, building lean muscle, and improving posture. Practicing Pilates can be beneficial for your health and help you maintain a healthy weight.

Studio Circuits with Krys

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for a set amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session.
Legs, Bums & Tums with Lou

Lunge, jump, crunch, step and squat your way to fitness. LBT is a full-body aerobic toning workout that will make you work up a sweat. Designed to target common problem areas(legs, bums and tums), LBT classes will help you to build muscle and tone up.

Tai Chi for Rehabilitation is a moving meditation practice that helps enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Workout in the safety of your own home, via zoom.com on your PC, tablet, laptop or smart phone. Also live at Fitness Cave Studio.

Hard floors are best to exercise on.
Have water to hand and ensure ventilation.
Please ensure you have enough space at home; free of furniture, low ceiling light fittings, and small children or pets! Carry out a cool-down stretch after the high-impact sessions. It is essential you do this to avoid injuries.

What Does Krys Do?!

Seated Exercising
The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. Not currently taught in studio but available to teach at halls and care homes. Contact Krys for more details.

Strength & Balance
This is a functional seated and standing exercise aiming to improve everyday skills. Focusing on balancing, and general fitness. Great after an operation to get yourself fit and well again. Gaining confidence walking outdoors again. Using weights and resistance bands. Practicing falls prevention. Music not used.

Clubbercise
Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels.

Tai Chi for Rehabilitation
Tai chi strengthens both the lower and upper extremities and also the core muscles of the back and abdomen. Flexibility. Tai chi can boost upper- and lower-body flexibility as well as strength. Balance.

Hypnotherapy & Mindfullness
Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. Very effective.

Personal Training and Rehabilitation
What does a personal trainer do? Personal trainers assess their customers' bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customised workout plans. They provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers' progress on a regular basis. They also make sure that customers don't get injured while training.
Also helping those that need to get back on their feet after hospitalisation or illness. But must be advised by their GP first.

Familly HIIT
This is a lower impact High Intensity Interval Training workout that's suitable for all ages! Make it your own by either doing the jumps or not! Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great.

Walk Fit
Walking is a fabulous exercise. This 30 - 40 minute long class takes place in the studio. Doing grapevines, and box steps to name but a few. Aiming for 2,000 steps in a short amount of time. Brain training is also involved!

Move It or Lose It
These exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance, and strength for greater strength. All our keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors.
