Trigger Point Pilates is a fusion method combining traditional Pilates core work with myofascial release techniques, using small tools like spiky balls and foam rollers to release tight connective tissue (fascia) and stubborn muscle knots, leading to better posture, pain relief, flexibility, and enhanced functional movement for all fitness levels. It targets the body's "web" of fascia to alleviate stiffness, improve circulation, and help the body move with more ease, making it great for desk workers, athletes, and those with chronic pain.
